Returns and Exchanges within Australia
Rube & Harri endeavours to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour or style. If that is the case, please contact us via email or alternatively, contact us on 0412 329 487 (during business hours) to discuss the exchange. It is important to us that you are happy. If something is not right please let us know so that we can fix it. Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please email your questions to info@rubeandharri.com.au.

The item/s must be returned within 14 days of the order date unworn and unwashed and with all packaging and labels/tags intact.  A receipt for proof of purchase is required to be returned with the merchandise. Please include your name, address and telephone number together with your instructions.

Returns and Exchanges - International
For international returns please contact us via email info@rubeandharri.com.au in the event we are unable to supply you with a suitable item for exchange we can offer you a refund for your returned item but only if the items are unworn and unwashed with all packaging and labels/tags intact. We will credit your original method of payment (excluding delivery, unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Please allow 2 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Damaged/Faulty Items
 All dispatched merchandise is checked by Rube & Harri prior to packaging. The merchandise is packaged with care however we cannot accept responsibility for the occurrence of loss or damage as a result of transit. Should transit loss or damage occur or the goods are faulty we encourage you to contact us via email immediately. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty, we will reimburse you for your delivery costs. Faulty items are to be returned within 7 days of receipt with labels and packaging intact. We will replace the goods as a matter of priority or refund you.
