Delivery within Australia
Please allow 7 working days for delivery. We use Australia Post’s e-parcel service for delivery and charge $9.95 AUD for postage and handling. We post to all street addresses and post office boxes. To ensure that your order arrives securely, a signature will be required upon delivery. If a signature is not provided, an Australia Post card will be left indicating where to collect your goods from.
If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe please contact us and we will track it for you using the tracking code provided by Australia Post.
These rates are based on 1 to 3 pairs of pyjamas. For larger orders there may be additional postage fees. If additional fees are payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched.
International Deliveries
International orders will be dispatched via Australia Post Air Mail. Goods will be delivered within approximately 7 to 10 working days depending on the location. Occasionally customs inspections may delay delivery by a few days. Once your goods have arrived into the country of destination, the parcels are distributed by the local postal service.
Our international postage rates are as follows:
New Zealand $17.95 AUD
Rest of the world $32.95 AUD

Any loss or damage will not be covered unless insurance is taken out. We recommend you consider insurance. If you require insurance please notify us by placing a note in the “Comments” field during checkout. We will then contact you prior to dispatch to notify you of the costs of insurance and to arrange for payment prior to dispatch.
Rube & Harri are not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
